When it comes to cannabinoids, every person’s body responds differently. For that reason, we can’t provide exact recommended dosage of Tanasi CBD. What we can do, however, is give you a recommended starting point. You can determine that number by your weight and by the effect you desire from each product.
To that end, each of our products’ packaging includes an insert with a dosage chart. It contains three levels of impact—mild, moderate, and strong—for three separate weight classes—85-149 pounds, 150-229 pounds, and 230 pounds and up.
Once you start, we recommend a “low and slow” approach. Start with a small daily dose and work your way up, as needed, until you find the daily intake that provides your desired results. Not sure what “slow” means? We’ve found that people do best waiting at least three to five days at one dosage level before increasing their Tanasi CBD intake.
And, as a side note, please remember this: the effect of your dose may be altered by when you take it and how it’s broken up throughout the day. Some people like taking their full dose at the end of the day, right before bed. Others prefer smaller doses, scattered throughout the day.
Once again, the recommended dosage for Tanasi CBD is a personal choice, and we recommend trying out different intake amounts at a slow pace to see what works best for your body.
